Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when and how Tradomix issues refunds.
1. Monthly subscriptions (Essential, Pro, Elite)
- 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first subscription purchase, contact us at support@tradomix.com and we will issue a full refund.
- The 7-day window applies to the very first purchase only. Renewals are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
- To be eligible, the request must be submitted via email from the same address registered on your Tradomix account.
- Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window are reviewed case-by-case but generally will not be granted absent a service failure on our part.
2. Day Pass
- Day Pass purchases are non-refundable. Once activated, the 5 analyses are immediately available and the 24-hour access window starts.
- If the Service is materially unavailable during your day pass window (i.e., you cannot perform any analysis at all due to a system outage), email us within 48 hours and we will issue a full refund or grant you a replacement pass.
3. Cancelling future renewals
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your Account page by clicking Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period:
- You retain full access to your plan until the period ends.
- You will not be charged for the next period.
- The current period is not refunded — you keep using the analyses you've already paid for.
4. How to request a refund
- Email support@tradomix.com from the email address on your Tradomix account.
- Include the date of purchase and the plan you bought.
- Briefly describe why you're requesting a refund (helps us improve the product).
We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically reach your card in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Refund exclusions
We may decline a refund in the following cases:
- The 7-day window has passed and there has been no service failure
- The account has used more than 30% of its monthly analysis quota at the time of request
- The user has previously received a refund for the same plan tier
- The account is suspended for terms-of-service violations
- The purchase was made with a stolen or compromised card (we will work with Stripe and law enforcement instead)
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank without first contacting us, your account will be immediately suspended. Please email us first — we resolve almost all issues amicably and faster than the bank dispute process.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under Swiss law or, where applicable, EU consumer protection law. EU consumers may have additional withdrawal rights under the Consumer Rights Directive — note that for digital content delivered immediately upon purchase (which is the case here), the right of withdrawal may not apply once you have started using the Service.
