Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("user", "you") and Tradomix ("we", "our", "us") regarding your use of tradomix.com and the AI chart analysis service offered there (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1. The Service

Tradomix takes a chart image you upload and runs it through an AI analysis pipeline (powered by Anthropic Claude) to generate a hypothetical trade signal containing direction (long, short, or neutral), entry price, stop loss, take profit, risk-reward ratio, and a written rationale. Outputs are based purely on what is visible in the uploaded image.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

• You must register an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You may not create accounts using false information or automated means.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is prohibited and grounds for termination without refund.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• The Service is offered on paid subscriptions (Essential, Pro, Elite) or one-time Day Pass purchases. Pricing is shown on the Pricing page.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You may cancel a subscription at any time from the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
• Each plan includes a fixed quota of analyses per period. Once exhausted, the analyze function is disabled until the period renews or you upgrade.
• Day Pass is a one-time purchase granting 5 analyses within a 24-hour window. It does not auto-renew.
• All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion charges.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to provide investment advice or signals to third parties as if they were professionally produced
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying AI prompts
• Bypass rate limits, plan quotas, or authentication mechanisms
• Upload images that contain material you do not own or have license to use
• Upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Service outputs
• Use the Service to facilitate illegal activity, including market manipulation
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without explicit written permission

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

6. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the chart images you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process those images solely for the purpose of generating your analysis. The AI-generated output is provided to you for personal, educational use; you may not republish it as if it were professionally produced research.

7. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated analysis is inherently probabilistic and may contain errors, omissions, hallucinations, or outright incorrect interpretations. Output validity depends on image quality, chart legibility, and the AI model's current capabilities. Tradomix makes no warranty that any signal is accurate, profitable, or suitable for any specific purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability to you is capped at the amount you paid Tradomix in the twelve months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be excluded under Swiss law.

9. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (Cloudflare outage, Anthropic API outage, etc.). Service interruptions of less than 24 hours do not entitle you to a refund.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if you breach these Terms, attempt to defraud us or other users, or use the Service for prohibited purposes. You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@tradomix.com.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
